Once a featured menu item, now brought back as an occasional special, the Seafood Carbonara was voted one of the top 10 dishes by the St. Paul Pioneer Press in 2002!

The dishes featured on the right represent the diversity of specials regularly offered at the West Wind.

Seafood Carbonara...This is a decadent tangle of fettuccine tossed with cream, eggs, parmesan and about a pound of beautiful scallops, crab, shrimp and lobster.

Buffets
For a variety of great tastes, enjoy one of our popular buffets for your weekday lunch, weekend dinner, or Sunday brunch!

While buffets vary slightly depending on the particular day (see descriptions below), all include an extensive salad bar, soup, and fresh bread.

Lunch Buffet $8.50

For a quick, healthy, and tasteful lunch, come for our amazing lunch buffet which includes two hot entrees, starch choice, and fresh vegetables. Monday through Saturday.

Friday Seafood Buffet $16.95

4:30 PM–10:30 PM

Ahoy, matey! Come drop anchor with us on Friday nights for a great catch of seafood (walleye, crab legs, cod, shrimp), salads, broasted chicken, BBQ-pork ribs, and much more A fresh, chef prepared, pasta bar is also included.

Saturday Prime Rib Buffet $18.95

4:30 PM–10:30 PM

Tender and lean prime rib, hand-carved to order, plus all your other favorite buffet items! Saturday night is a prime time to visit the West Wind! While dining enjoy live dinner music from local musicians from 5:30 PM to 9:00.

Sunday Brunch Buffet $14.95

9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Simply the best Sunday brunch in the area and worth the trip from across the county or the Twin Cities! Enjoy our made-to-order omelets, hand-carved meats, fresh fruits, made-to-order Belgian waffles, and so much more!

A delicious way to earn a free buffet! Just stop in and get a free Lunch Punch Card. Then, every time you dine at West Wind, show us you card and we’ll give it a punch. When you have been punched ten times, you’ll get a free buffet or soup‘n salad bar! It’s one more way we say “thank you” to our valued regular customers.
